Deliveries are made on working days between 9:00 and 19:00. If the customer is not at the address, the order will be made available for collection at the pick up point (DPD) or post office closest to their area of residence.
For the Azores, between 5 and 10 working days are added to the deadlines mentioned and for Madeira, between 5 and 7 working days are added. For islands there will always be a fixed delivery cost of €5.50.
Term
You have 30 days for any return, counting from the day your order is received at your home or the order arrives at the desired store.
Free home return
You can request the collection of items to be returned from your home, through your personal area.
