El débito en la tarjeta solamente tendrá lugar después de que el banco confirme la autenticidad de la tarjeta del usuario. Caso contrario, el pedido será cancelado. El CCV (Card Verification Value) ofrece una garantía de seguridad en el combate contra el fraude con tarjetas de crédito. El código cifrado corresponde al número de tarjeta y fecha de caducidad, y se solicita en la transacción para garantizar que el comprador se encuentra en posesión del mismo.

It's very simple to shop at Zippy. You should start by selecting the area (Girl, Boy, Baby Girl, Baby Boy, Newborn or Childcare). When you enter the category, you can choose the type of product you want, for example: Shoes, Dresses, Trousers, etc.

View the items you prefer. When you click on the item, the detail page will appear where you will find the item in detail, with price, reference, composition, care and delivery time.

Choose a size/item and click Add to Cart. You can then choose to continue viewing items following the previous sequence or start the ordering process. To start the ordering process, click on View my purchases. If you have a promotional code that you would like to deduct from your purchase, enter the code and click Apply.

To process your order, click on Checkout.

To continue, you must log in to your account by entering your credentials (e-mail and password) or you can Create account.

Select the delivery method you want (home delivery, pickup point or shipping to a Zippy store) and click Continue.

Next, fill in the details for issuing the invoice, as well as the desired payment method (Credit Card, Paypal, Multibanco, or select, if available, a receipt associated with your account).

Confirm the purchase. As soon as the order has been successfully placed, you will receive a message informing you that the order has been successfully placed.

Within a few moments you will also receive an e-mail confirming your order.

To finalize your order, you can either log in with your account or choose to finalize as a guest.

If you choose to create an account to finalize your order, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and then choose Create Account. Enter your login details (name, e-mail address, date of birth and choose a password). You will then see a page with information about personal data and all the processing that Zippy can do with it. Please read it and at the end, select the authorizations you want. Once your account has been successfully created, you will receive a link in your e-mail which you must click to confirm your registration. From here you can access your My Account area by entering your e-mail credentials and password.

If you want to change the address for an order, you will need to register a new order. To do this, please send an e-mail to cliente@zippy.pt as soon as possible so that we can check whether the current order can be cancelled.
