What is ZY Together?
ZY Together is Zippy's loyalty programme. It was created to strengthen the brand's relationship with families, follow children as they grow, and reward Zippy customers with points (loves), exclusive benefits, experiences and special offers.
What are Loves?
Loves are the points of the ZY Together loyalty programme.
We chose to call them loves because ZY Together is born from what we believe in most: relationships. As you nurture your relationship with Zippy, every moment becomes a love and helps it grow (because, just like children, it is in relationships that we find the security, freedom and confidence to evolve.)
Each love represents a step in that relationship and can be redeemed for benefits, offers and experiences designed to support families as they grow over time.
Is ZY Together free?
Yes. Joining Zippy's loyalty programme – ZY Together – is completely free, requires no immediate purchase and takes less than a minute. Click here and sign up now.
How can I join ZY Together?
Joining is simple: just fill in the online registration form. Once registered, you immediately receive 25 loves. When signing up, you can also share some extra details (such as your children's gender and date of birth, or the topics you prefer to receive in our communications) and you will earn bonus loves, giving you instant access to exclusive benefits.
How do I earn loves in ZY Together?
You can earn loves in several ways:
— Signing up to the programme (25 loves).
— Completing the family section with your children's date of birth and gender (30 loves).
— Shopping at Zippy (€1 = 1 love).
— Referring the programme to friends (you will receive 10 loves whenever one of them signs up and makes a purchase).
— Your children's birthdays (you will receive 100 loves valid for 30 days, to use on a reward of your choice).
— Programme anniversary (you will receive 50 loves valid for 30 days, each time you celebrate another year in the programme).
— Participating in games and challenges.
— During special moments, or if you join during pregnancy or your child's first year of life, you can earn double loves in certain categories or campaigns.
Do I get special benefits for being pregnant?
Yes. At Zippy we want to support families from the very first moment — from the instant they discover they are going to be parents.
By joining ZY Together during pregnancy, you get access to exclusive benefits designed for this very special time, including:
— Gift of the first baby bodysuit (size 0–1 month);
— Double loves for 1 year (instead of 1 love per euro spent, you receive 2 loves per euro on all baby clothing and nursery purchases).

Where can I check my loves and benefits?
You can check your loves balance, available rewards and programme progress in your personal Zippy area, on the website or in the app.
What can I redeem my loves for?
Loves can be redeemed for:
— Discounts on Zippy purchases
— Exclusive offers
— Experiences, activities and workshops
Simply select the desired reward in your personal area.
Do loves have an expiry date?
Yes. Loves are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. The expiry date is always visible in your personal area.
Can I use my loves in-store and online?
Yes. Loves can be used as discount vouchers valid both in Zippy physical stores and on the online store and app, subject to the conditions of each reward.
What are extra loves?
These are special moments or campaigns during which, instead of earning 1 love per euro spent, you can earn 2 loves per euro in specific categories or periods.
Can I combine loves with other promotions?
Yes, unless stated otherwise. In specific campaigns, vouchers acquired with loves may be combinable with ongoing promotions.
Can I lose my loves or my account?
Loves only expire if they are not used within the validity period. Your account remains active as long as you participate in the programme.
Is my data safe? What is it used for?
Yes. Your data is handled securely and responsibly, in compliance with GDPR. It is used to:
— manage the ZY Together programme,
— personalise communications and offers,
— improve the Zippy experience for you and your family.
Can I cancel my ZY Together membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our Customer Support.
When do I receive the Loves from an online purchase?
The Loves associated with your purchase are only awarded after your order has been dispatched.
What happens to my Loves if part of my order is cancelled?
If part of your order is cancelled, you will only receive Loves for the items that were dispatched and not refunded.
Do I lose my Loves if I make a return?
Whenever you make a return, the Loves associated with the returned items will be removed.
If you used a voucher, it will not be reactivated for further use.
Do I lose my Loves if I make an exchange?
When returning items for an exchange, the associated Loves will be removed.
After the new purchase, you will receive the Loves corresponding to the new items acquired.
Can I earn Loves both in-store and online?
Yes. You can earn Loves on online purchases (website and app) and in Zippy's own physical stores.
In-store, simply provide the mobile number associated with your ZY Together account at the time of payment.
Can I use all vouchers in-store and online?
No. There are specific vouchers for each channel (in-store or online).
Before redeeming your Loves for a voucher, check where it can be used and choose the one that suits you best.
Can I recover Loves if I forget to link my phone number to a purchase?
When shopping in a physical store, you must always provide your mobile number at the time of purchase to link it to your ZY Together account. Otherwise, the Loves earned will not be counted.
If you did provide your number but the purchase was not correctly linked, recovery of the Loves is not guaranteed; however, you should contact Customer Support at Customer Support for further analysis.
When do I receive my reward after redeeming Loves for an experience?
After the redemption, you will receive an email with all the information needed to use the reward.
Some rewards may also be available in your account history.
Can I assign the Loves from a purchase to another person?
In a physical store, you can provide the mobile number of the person you wish to assign the Loves to. For online purchases, Loves are automatically linked to the account that placed the order.
Can I recover Loves that have already expired?
Loves have a defined validity period and cannot be recovered once expired. Before they expire, we send you reminders to use them. We recommend regularly checking your balance and expiry dates in your personal area.
Why have I stopped earning double Loves on Baby Zippy products?
Baby Zippy benefits are valid until the baby's first year of life; after this period they are automatically deactivated. If your baby has not yet turned 12 months old, please contact our Customer Support so we can look into the matter.
Part of my order has already been dispatched. When will I receive my Loves?
Loves are awarded after the items are dispatched. If your order was sent in multiple parts, the Loves will be awarded once all packages have been dispatched.
Do shipping costs earn Loves?
No. Loves are only awarded on the value of the items purchased, excluding shipping costs or any other additional charges.
I am expecting another child. Should I create a new account?
There is no need to create a new account. You should update your ZY Together profile in the Baby Zippy section, indicating the new pregnancy (expected due date and gender). This way, you can enjoy the exclusive benefits for expectant parents and parents of babies up to 1 year old.
I am expecting twins. How should I register them in the programme?
There is no need to register more than once. However, you should enter each baby's details in the Baby Zippy section, including gender and expected due date. After the birth, you should update the profile with the actual date of birth.
This ensures you can correctly enjoy the benefits and receive offers associated with each child.
Can I link a gift voucher to my ZY Together account?
No. Gift vouchers can only be linked at the time of purchase, and the loyalty association must be made by the person who completed the purchase.
I made a mistake when redeeming Loves for a reward. Can I cancel?
No. Once Loves have been redeemed for a reward, the deduction is automatic and the process cannot be reversed.
