Care Ultimate is the cot mattress that prevents plagiocephaly and suffocation, and is even more breathable than the Care model. It is divided into two parts, an Oxigena HR foam base and a cross-linked foam top. Its topper has a small pyramid-shaped design that creates numerous individual support points, which reduce the pressure exerted on the baby's head by 70%, thus eliminating the risk of developing plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) or helping to correct it if it has already been diagnosed. Its shape creates air channels inside that promote oxygen circulation in all directions and the evacuation of CO2, helping to prevent SIDS even if the baby turns onto their stomach. Its Airfeel foam is reticulated (extremely perforated, with very open pores), breathable and water-repellent, so it does not absorb or retain moisture. The Care Ultimate mattress is therefore highly breathable, cool and dry, offering extra protection and comfort. The foam base at the bottom provides the firmness necessary for comfortable and safe rest. In addition, its side barriers ensure that the baby always sleeps in the centre of the mattress. The mattress cover uses Xtra-Cool technology, a hypoallergenic fabric that combines fibres with cooling properties and 3D ventilated areas. It has a cool-to-the-touch effect that dissipates excess heat and moisture on the surface of the mattress, keeping your baby cool and dry at all times. On top of that, the Care Ultimate cot mattress has a zip fastening that divides and allows the mattress to be separated into two parts: the base (white) and the topper (light blue fabric with white areas). This design allows the topper to be used separately as a travel mattress, to place on top of the parents' bed and practise co-sleeping safely, or even as a play mat for the baby. For easy maintenance and hygiene, the linings and upper foam are removable and washable at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Do not tumble dry. It is manufactured in accordance with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate, which guarantees that no substances harmful to health have been used in its production.
