Materno Smart X is Nuvita's electric breast pump with 3-phase technology, designed to avoid the risk of engorgement and mastitis. It simulates the baby's natural sucking through the first two phases: the first with quick, shallow feeds to stimulate milk production, the second phase with slow, deep feeds to favour milk letdown. The third phase optimises the emptying of the breast ducts, preventing breast engorgement and, consequently, the formation of mastitis. Thanks to the 9 intensity levels for each phase, it offers total customisation so that each mother can choose the intensity of massage and extraction that best suits her preferences. The breast pump comes equipped with a 20 mm breast cup, but can be replaced with 24 or 28 mm cups, which can be purchased separately. It also includes a 150 ml anti-colic bottle, the only one approved by dentists. It works with a USB rechargeable lithium battery, which allows up to 4 complete extraction cycles.
