The head is placed on the ergonomic pillow, keeping it in the correct position and avoiding the risk of a flat head. The side rollers are adjustable to the baby's shape and the ergonomic pillow is removable, so it can be used in the baby's cot or bed. Deliveries are made on working days between 9:00 and 19:00. If the customer is not at the address, the order will be made available for collection at the pick up point (DPD) or post office closest to their area of residence.
For the Azores, between 5 and 10 working days are added to the deadlines mentioned and for Madeira, between 5 and 7 working days are added. For islands there will always be a fixed delivery cost of €5.50.
