Returns & Exchanges

When preparing to return a parcel to us, please make sure you comply with the following conditions:
  • All items must be in perfect conditions with the original labels
  • The invoice must be enclosed in the package
  • You can exchange any item within 30 days of receipt

  • All items will be checked upon return.
    Items can be exchanged by making a return and placing a new order online.

  • All items must be in perfect conditions with the original labels

  • You can return any item within 14 days of receipt
  • Once we receive and confirm the integrity of the items our customer care team will proceed with the refund to your original method of payment. Additionally, we will refund the shipping costs originally paid associated to your order.

    You will receive, in your email, the confirmation of the refund as well as the refund invoice.
    Please allow until 14 working days for your return to be received and for your account to be credited. We’ll send you an email as soon as we receive your returned items. You can check to see if your returned items have been credited by visiting your personal area. If you bought your item using a debit or credit card, or with paypal, please allow 3 working days from when we receive your item back, for the refund to be processed. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, then please contact us and we’ll look into this for you.
    Due to the restrictions caused by the ongoing pandemic, our refund times may be longer than expected. Our teams are working daily to refund all online purchase until 14 days after the items are received in our returns center and its integrity is confirmed. However, there may be some delay. We will proceed with the refund to the original method of payment and you will receive an email with your credit note as soon as it is processed. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
    Customer is responsible for the carrier costs. Nevertheless, we’ll refund the shipping costs originally paid in your order.
    If you place a request to return your order on the online store in your personal area, a refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method when placing your order.
    We will only accept returns of items in perfect condition, with the corresponding receipt and original sealed packaging.
    If you decide to return your order to our warehouse, the period to receive the refund is 3 to 14 business days after the date of receipt of your order. We remind you that the refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your online order.
    Please note that the shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.
