How long does delivery takes?
We are working hard to process and despatch orders whilst maintaining the personal safety of our warehouse teams and logistics partners. Please be assured, we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible but due to increased hygiene and social distancing measures, our delivery times have increased.

How will my parcel be delivered?
A Chronopost will deliver your order to the address of your choice, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (workdays)
Please note, that if your order contains a nursery item and a fashion/footwear item, it may be delivered separately.
Can my parcer be shipped to a different country?
No, the delivery country must always match the country of purchase.
